rooms on the upper floors are renovated and clean

I liked the room, ambience, food and the location is very good.

I stayed there for 1 day and the pool was closed and on the next morning when i was supposed to check out before that i asked the receptionist if the pool is opened or not and the receptionist said no but there were some guests who were in the pool, So i did not liked it all i booked the property bcoz there was a pool in the property.

Improvements required on room service ,no contact details in the room

Despite calling up the front desk 3 times that the TV was not working no one responded

1)Receptionist was rude and not at all friendly or gentle while talking . 2)Room was given with a delay of an hour even though check in time was 12 pm. 3)Dirty Underwear found in the dustbin .Also, a piece of clothing under the Almira .So, room wasn’t properly cleaned after checkout of previous user at all .night doubtfull if Covid protocols were followed as the room was given with dirty clothes

Pretty close to the Airport..and is on the Highway itself, on the service road. Strategic location. The staff were decent. Overall it's a budget stay place for a transit schedule Or a short 1 day overnight stay.

The shower didn't have an adjustment for Hot & Cold water

The Manager of the Hotel was good and helped us feel comfortable as much as possible even in the Messy situation.

If you get the room for 1k per night with breakfast then go for it else keep reading my review 1. Given the pandemic situation the Hotel was quite empty. Apart from 1 person We were the only people in the whole hotel. 2. We were given electric rod to heat the water in the bucket. Bucket was cracked from the bottom and the entire water was spilled in the room. 3. So after a tiring journey my work was to transfer water from buckets and heat the water 4. Wifi is not available in the room and need to sit in the lobby if you want 5. The buffet was supposed to be ready by 7am but since we were the only people they asked us for an ala carte which came at 8:30 6. The room is alright. Oyo type of room. Dirty curtains and dust here and there Fun Fact - Boiler starred to work the next day as 72 people from Air India Checked Inn.

At the reception counter I asked the guy for borrow the USB charger for a hour because my USB is not supporting my device and there is no nearby shop to buy. He rudly replied no. Than I more politely asked if he can arrange.than he shouted on me " AREE APKO BOLA NA NAHI HAIN" ..this kind of attitude have on those guys..very bad customer service experience..
